Tricosa SA – General Conditions of Sale
Set contractual version – Articles 1 to 15
1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern all orders placed on the online shop of Tricosa SA, 2 rue de la Rôtisserie, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, via the website www.https://tricosa.ch/en/module/dgcontenttranslation/urlstranslation.
Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
Tricosa SA reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
2. Availability of products
Products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
In case of unavailability after validation of the order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the order will be cancelled without compensation.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes.
The applicable price is that displayed at the time of the order.
Tricosa SA reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
In case of a manifest price error, Tricosa SA may cancel the order without any compensation being claimed.
Delivery costs are charged at the applicable rate.
Delivery is free from CHF 100.– purchase in Switzerland.
4. Command
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
In the event of an error resulting in an impossibility of delivery, the additional costs remain at the customer's expense.
The validation of the order is an irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
The client must be at least 18 years of age or have the agreement of his legal representative.
5. Description of products
Descriptions and photographs are provided for information purposes.
Minor variations in colour or texture cannot be the responsibility of Tricosa SA.
6. Payment
Payments are accepted via TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance and PostCard.
Transactions are secure.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped by La Poste Suisse.
The indicative delivery times are 2 to 6 working days.
A click & collect service is available in the shop.
Tricosa SA cannot be held liable for delays, losses or errors attributable to postal services.
Any costs associated with a delivery outside Switzerland are borne by the customer.
For any international delivery, the customer can contact info@tricosa.ch.
8. Claims
Any complaint should be addressed within 48 hours of receipt of the package to info@tricosa.ch.
After this period, no claims can be taken into account.
9. Returns and exchanges
No legal right of withdrawal applies under Swiss law.
Trade shall be granted in a commercial capacity, subject to prior agreement.
The customer has 10 calendar days to request an exchange.
Items must be returned unladen, unwashed, in perfect condition, with intact labels and original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Items sold or promoted shall not be taken over, exchanged or refunded unless there is a recognized defect.
10. Having
If the exchange is not possible, a asset is established.
After receipt and control of returned items, a property number is generated and sent by e-mail to the customer.
Equity:
• is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• can be used in physical shop and on site www.https://tricosa.ch/en/module/dgcontenttranslation/urlstranslation
• cannot be reimbursed in cash or on a card
No cash refunds are made.
11. Liability
Tricosa SA disclaims any liability for improper use of the products.
No compensation may be claimed other than the possible cancellation of the order.
12. Major Force
Tricosa SA cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure preventing the performance of its obligations.
13. Reservation of title
The goods remain the property of Tricosa SA until full payment of the price.
14. Data protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with Swiss law.
The customer can request deletion or opposition to the use of his data by writing to info@tricosa.ch.
15. Applicable law and for
These conditions are subject to Swiss law.
The legal forum is in Geneva, headquarters of Tricosa SA.
